Loving father of Gary and his wife Chris Polgar and grandfather of their children Jaelyn, Damerah, Kiyana and Aleeza Polgar. Dear stepfather of David (Laura) Nixon and Diane (Curtis) Perdue and grandfather of their children, Kyle, Dillion and Matthew Nixon and Zackery and Katrina Perdue. Survived by one brother Lajos Polgar and one sister Maria Polgar and one niece Ottilia Domonkos. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service at Necropolis Cemetery on Monday, May 13th, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Raymond Alexander Simpson, in his 80th year, was the beloved husband for 58 years of Sheila Rosanne Simpson (nee Bonham) of Woodville. Loving father of Mark (Brenda), Dean (Lois) and Brenda. Dearly remembered by seven grandchildren, Thomas (Elaine), Steven (Kristen), Craig (Kayla), Joshua (Ocena), Andrew (Krista), Alex (Courtney) and Brandon (Sabrina). Devoted great grandfather of Katelyn (aka Katie), Colton and Damien. Predeceased by his sister Verna Hughes (1993). Peacefully at Princess Margaret Hospital on April 18, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. In his 42nd year. Beloved husband to Barbara and dedicated father to sons Connor and Reid. Survived by his father and mother Ross and Carolyn Jewell and father-in-law and mother-in-law Walter and Elizabeth Brooks, all of Sunderland, Ontario. Cherished brother to Steve (Judi), David and Angela (MJ). Loved brother-in-law to Julie (Ewen). Murray will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews:Tyler and Benjamin, Kyle, Kendell, Campbell, Emma and Megan. Murray will be remembered as a professional at CI Financial, as a hockey coach and as a dear friend to many. Visitation at St. Andrews United Church, 10 Church St.N. in Sunderland on Monday, April 22nd, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service in the United Church on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Dearly remembered by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.Survived by her sister Phyllis Weaver of Newmarket. Predeceased by her brother Peter Kersley. Mom passed away unexpectedly into the presence of the Lord from her home in the early hours of November 15th, 2010 after a courageous year and a half long battle with cancer. Beloved mother, sister and grandmother to children Chris (and wife Carla), Robert (and wife Tanja) and Harvey (and wife Sandra), sister Roseanne, grandchildren Hannah, Julia, Timothy & Angela. Survived by mother Leona Shier. Predeceased by father Harvey Shier in August 2009. She was in her 63rd year. Mom had previously suffered from a rare disease called Wegener's granulomatosis in September 2005. We miss her very much and are glad for every memory of her. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, January 22nd, 2011 at 11:30 at the ST. Andrews United Church, 10 Church Street in Sunderland, Ontario. A brief graveside committal service at Sunderland Cemetery will be followed by a reception in the lower hall of Sunderland United Church. A funeral service was previously held in Richmond, BC on November 20th, 2010.
